Reviews and Ratings
The hotel rooms were beautifully decorated in a white theme, clean, and tidy, although construction noise started early in the morning without much apology. The staff was incredibly nice and accommodating, although some had poor English skills. The location was convenient, close to public transport and shopping districts, albeit a bit far from the old city. The dining options were limited, but the staff was responsive to requests. Overall, a comfortable stay with minor hiccups.
The hotel was nice and cozy, very clean, and comfy, but the rooms were very small with a tight bathroom. The service was a mix of being extremely helpful and fantastic, but also rude and unhelpful at times. The location was excellent for sightseeing, close to public transport, but not ideal for tourists. The dining experience varied from good with lots of variety to quite poor with limited warm dish options. The facilities were well-maintained but need better cleaning and attention to the floors and walls.
The hotel's rooms were a mess and had a weird bar-like setup, but they were surprisingly comfortable and equipped with great air conditioning which was a lifesaver with the hot weather reaching the 30s. The view of the theater was a nice touch.
The hotel is located on a quiet street, close to the metro and within walking distance to shopping areas. The room, while basic, didn't offer soundproofing and was affected by construction noise early in the morning. The service had a mix of rude and pleasant experiences, with a lack of helpfulness initially regarding parking.
The hotel is conveniently located near public transport stations, making it easy to explore Vienna, but the rooms were uncomfortably warm and appeared a bit outdated from the inside. The staff offered mixed experiences, from being helpful with travel information to being rude and unprofessional during check-in. The dining options were average, lacking variety, and not up to the expected standard for a 4-star hotel.
The hotel had a classy bedroom feel but unfortunately was far too hot and couldn't be cooled down. The street view with a theater was charming, but the ongoing work was disruptive.
